Twitter broadens TV conversation targeting
Twitter has expanded its TV conversation targeting to now include Hispanic TV audiences. Twitter’s Hispanic conversation targeting allows networks and brands to target advertising connect to Twitter users who are discussing specific Spanish-language television programs. Hispanic TV conversation targeting will now allow advertisers to join the conversation around high-engagement Spanish TV shows in way’s unique to Twitter. Source
Pinterest gives optimization tips
Pinterest has released official optimization tips for pins to maximize user engagement, namely that tall pins occupy more screen space, longer descriptions outperform shorter ones, and positive, aspirational messages resonate best with audiences. Facebook beta-testing Unread Stories feature
Facebook is giving unseen posts a second chance with a beta feature called Unread Stories. Now, when eligible users click Show Unread Stories they’ll be directed to a feed exclusively of posts they haven’t read, instead of the usual mix of seen and unseen posts. Source
