Creative Director

We are looking for a Creative Director to lead our creative process (that means you gotta be awesome at directing and developing phenomenal creative in all formats) and develop and inspire our creative team (that means you gotta be nice, smart and charismatic).

Here are the 3 key contributions we’re looking for a CD to make to our team:

  1. Make our creative rock! You say, “That’s good, but think about it this way”. Our creative should be nothing short of phenomenal.
  2. Help us win business. Passionately present creative ideas with sharp and compelling rationale.
  3. Inspire us with positive energy and killer ideas. Every project is an opportunity for all of us to have fun and be brilliant at the same time.

Requirements
What it takes:

  • At least 5, maybe 8 or 10 years experience either as an ACD or CD.
  • A kick-ass portfolio and good references
  • Past experience leading a creative team (internal team plus outside resources)
  • Able to judge design and copy in every medium
  • Develop and articulate clear, decisive plan of action for the team
  • Cool under pressure and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Well versed in the digital marketing landscape and a desire to continue to stay on top of the latest developments
  • Ability to stand up for what is right
  • Strong organization, attention-to-detail, and time management skills
  • Great communication/interpersonal skills for both internal and external communication
  • Energetic and positive attitude
  • Great sense of humor and a strong passion to make an impact on a growing business
