LinkedIn opens its publishing platform to members.

LinkedIn understands that its members have expertise and knowledge that is helpful to other members. LinkedIn has opened up its publishing platform to all of its members. This allows members to build their professional brand.  Every time a member publishes a post, their content becomes a part of their professional profile which is then shared with their network and has the ability to reach a larger professional network.  Members can follow other members and build up their own group of followers.  Source

YouTube updates playlist functionality and design.

Have you been on YouTube today? If you have, you’ll have noticed a few changes. Here’s what’s changed.  Playlists can be easily viewed from anywhere.  The guide will show all the playlists that you have created or liked from other channels.  Also, YouTube has made it easier to edit the playlists you have created, along with adding a new playlist tab to check out playlists from you favorite channels.  YouTube has also changed its overall look with new center-aligned to fit neatly on any screen size.   The “What To Watch” and “My Subscriptions” can easily be accessed via the top tabs or along the left side of your channel, making it easy to flip between recommended and popular.
