Facebook Topic Data

To help marketers better understand their audiences and what they think about topics related to their brand, Facebook has partnered with DataShift, to give marketers Topic Data. Topic Data shows what audiences are saying on Facebook about events, brands, subjects and activities. This data will help marketers with how they are marketing their products to their audience, insight on what their audience really cares about, how their brand is viewed and changes that need to be made to their product or brand. Facebook retrieves this data by scrapping personal information (no personal identifying information) and grouped data together offering insights on audience activity, giving marketers holistic and actionable views of their audiences. Twitter Launches Quick Promote

Twitter launched Quick Promote to make it easier to promote content from your Twitter profile instead of going through the Twitter Analytics Dashboard. All users need to do is select the tweet they would like to promote and to choose the budget you want, which will aggregate the total number of engagements you will receive from that set budget.  Source

Twitter Updates Analytics Dashboard

Twitter recently updated its Analytics homepage to help marketers identify top tweets for promotion. The account home (as Twitter refers to it) shows amount of times you’ve tweeted, amount of users that have seen your tweets, visited your profile, mentioned or followed you, along with how many users shared links to your site if you use Twitter Cards. Account Home is now available globally to all users. Source
